He has changed his training regime to gear up toward bodybuilding. On various Social Media platforms, Hall has disclosed that he will first bulk up to build up his muscles, then he will go for a trim. The Strongman champion is teasing followers with pictures of his muscle transformation.

Eddie Hall often works out with his son, Maximus Hall. The 11-year-old kid has his own YouTube channel where he posts videos of lifting heavy. Junior Hall is well on his path to becoming a strongman. He might be the strongest kid on the block. 160-pound deadlifts come easy to the Junior Beast. Let’s see what the father-son duo is up to now.

The Strongman Champion took to Instagram to post a reel. One can see him lift a 240 Kg Viking press. He captioned the post “All the inspiration I need from Max❤️ 240KG Viking Press 💪 Building for something Big coming soon👀”. Hall’s son is motivating him to keep going. Jr. Hall tells his father, “Three More”.

 

The English Strongman Title winner is always by his son’s side. They work out together. Followers think Hall is an outstanding role model for his son and the younger generation. They are a lesson in productively using time. In an age where screen time has become a major issue for children, Hall is showing the world that it can motivate kids to exercise and spend time outside. However, senior Hall does not want to put any pressure on his child to become a strongman like himself.

Hall is preparing to be a bodybuilder

The boxer is seriously considering bodybuilding and will make his debut in 2024 winter. Eddie Hall is training with some of the best in the bodybuilding industry. IFFB pro Jamie Christian was training with Hall in a YouTube video. The beast needs all the knowledge of a ripped and muscular look for his bodybuilding foray.

Some fans have not been very kind to Hall’s weight. In some of his Instagram posts, followers have pointed out the need to cut. He is too bulky as of now. Many are not sure if he will turn into a professional bodybuilder. Moreover, some people think if Hall shows the same commitment to bodybuilding that he had for Strongman Championship, he will be great at the sport.
