“Strongest Bodybuilder Ever”: 255 Lbs Beast Aka ‘Real Life Kratos’ Trembles Bodybuilding World Ahead of Arnold Classic 2024

James Hollingshead is not your everyday bodybuilder. The 33 year old IFBB Pro is also known as the real-life Kratos. He is a British bodybuilder known for Pumped Fiction and Man Up. His workout session on Instagram caught the attention of fans recently and it appears the man who asked Mr Olympia for better management might compete in the very same competition this year.

The IFBB pro looks jacked and shredded to the core and each clip in the video shows how hard he is working for 2024.

The Instagram video showcased his immense power at deadlifting and doing bicep pull-ups every day. His hands look like they can lift Thor’s hammer with ease and the muscles look symmetrical. The video was captioned with, “@tbjpxshedofficial Chalk & barbells.”

All the comments were about how amazing he is and how strong his dedication is to the craft. The pro bodybuilder who is also a cosplayer brought Kratos to life at the London Comic Con. On November 9 the IFBB pro made people’s dreams come true by cosplaying Kratos and looked the part perfectly.
