Besides Mark Wahlberg’s F45, Pvolve is among the rising stars in the functional fitness space.

In 2017, entrepreneur Rachel Katzman founded Pvolve. Besides functional fitness, the unique selling point of Pvolve became the low-impact approach. In 2021, Jennifer Aniston tried the Pvolve method. The Friends star loved the method’s focus on low-impact, longevity coupled with aesthetic results so much that she joined the brand in 2023.

On August 22, Pvolve launched a new campaign starring the 54-year-old actor.
