The Terminator icon’s Hollywood saga didn’t start on a good note. He was criticized for his thick Austrian accent and bodybuilding physique that wouldn’t fit for lead roles in Hollywood. However, Arnie knew how to turn obstacles into opportunities, and his personality earned him roles in Conan the Barbarian, the Terminator franchise, and Predator.

Despite featuring in the sequels of 1984’s The Terminator movie, Schwarzenegger didn’t appear in any of the Predator franchise sequels. However, the director of the recent installment “Prey” hopes for an Arnold Schwarzenegger’s cameo in future sequels. Dan Trachtenberg in a conversation with Variety, was asked if a thought was there to cast Arnie or Danny Glover for a cameo in his 2022 edition.

The 42-year-old confessed, “I did learn there was an attempt to have Arnold in ‘Predators’ (2010). All I’ll say is — there’s still time for those guys. They’re still around, and wouldn’t that be awesome?” The Stranger Things 5 director believes in Schwarzenegger’s cameo in the $741 Predator franchise despite the latter’s refusal to collaborate with the series after the first film in the past.
