8X Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman has been an inspiration to many lifters and aspiring bodybuilders over the years. No gym enthusiast is unaware of the iconic lifts that Coleman did in his prime years. Unfortunately, as a result of years of heavy training, Coleman endured multiple horrific injuries that required surgeries.
However, despite being in a wheelchair and despite all the pain that he has gone through over the years, bodybuilding is deeply rooted in Coleman. He still manages to train almost daily, which astounds his fans. In his recent Instagram post, Coleman can be seen doing dumbbell shrugs to train his traps.

Years of intense training and a serious diet helped Coleman become a freak. His highly muscular and vascular frame helped him bag eight Mr. Olympia titles. However, years of intense training and heavy lifts finally caught up to ‘The King.’ Coleman underwent numerous surgeries and was forced to use a wheelchair for the rest of his life. His rival Jay Cutler has previously stated that Coleman’s approach to training might not be optimal. However, Ronnie is one tough nut to crack. Despite the repercussions, he still manages to train his body almost daily.

Posting a video from his recent workout, Coleman wrote in the caption, “Trying my best to get a good workout in despite the 108-degree heat. You know what they say “As long as you have passion, there’s no such thing as a hard workout.””
Coleman’s determination and discipline continue to inspire individuals. Despite his condition, his mental resilience to train daily provides a motivational aspect for fans. The comments section of the post portrayed the same feeling, as his fans appreciated his dedication.

One of the fans wrote Coleman’s previously stated comment saying, “As long as you can pick it up, it’s lightweight baby,” whereas fellow fitness creator and bodybuilder Bradley Martyn wrote, “The king.” Another fan applauded Coleman’s commitment, saying, “This man is still getting it despite everything. Such an inspiration to people even outside of bodybuilding, the perseverance is irrefutable.” However, a user also wrote, “idk if it’s a really a good thing that he’s still lifting weights given his condition.”

Another user admitted how Coleman inspired him to start his fitness journey. He revealed, “You inspired me to hit the gym starting at the age of 13.
