In one of his Instagram stories, the seven-time Mr. Olympia shared a clip from his Pilates center. Back then the bodybuilder expressed that he started his regimen with 3 to 4 days of these exercises a week, confessing how he, ‘happened to get his a** beat.’ Further, on incorporating Pilates with his usual gym schedule, the bodybuilder said,  “I am still in the gym, but I do this twice a day. Doing Pilates”.

Now a champion for this fitness training, Heath stresses how Pilates can be of great advantage if people follow it with discipline. Nevertheless, he also recognizes that if the bodybuilder had attempted it during his competitive years, he could have had better results on the stage. Be that as it may, the only way to find it out may very well lie in trying this out for oneself.
