Despite the 21-year-old?s sassy and casual attitude, the incessant criticism of her physical appearance had a mental effect on her. When asked about the issue, she said, ?Dude, I don?t even know. It?s tough, man.? However, she pointed out that ?nobody can say anything? ?about her body or appearance over her own opinions on it. Yet, even glancing at the comments or hearing remarks about how her body looks ?hurts? the star. ?

Moreover, the star feared the consequences had she faced the criticism several years ago, when she was way younger. She claimed that in such a case, she simply wouldn?t have existed. ?if the internet talked about me the way they do now when I was like 11, I don?t think I would be able to exist, to be honest,? the pop star added.?

She continued in the interview with Vogue, ?I like myself more than I used to, and I?m more interested in how I feel than how they feel. But then also that might be a load of bulls**t because it still hurts my feelings.? Regardless of her towering self-confidence now, owing to her massive success and all the love from her fans, Eilish confessed that it still affects her to some extent. Nevertheless, the young star has learned to tackle such situations and immerse herself in the good aspects of her life and success.?

Yet, the singer hinted at the low moments of her life and shared that it?s actually been difficult for her in the past. ?But it?s really hard, you know? I?ve had a rough time, TBH, and I?m still figuring it out. But it?s definitely a weird life; I?ll say that,? the Bad Guy singer expressed.?
