Tyler Baltierra recently took to his Instagram and shared a before and after picture of himself. He shared one picture from July 2022 and another from July 2023, depicting a one-year muscle density and the drastic change in his physique.

He captioned the post, PROGRESSION > PERFECTION. 1 year apart & sitting at the same weight in each pic. This is why the scale isn’t as important as overall body composition. He has been inspiring people with his transformation and fitness posts and he recently shared everything that he follows to stay fit.

The OG actor turned fitness influencer lost a significant amount of weight. On his Twitter account, he wrote, “Almost 8 weeks since I made the decision to eat healthier & I’m down about 30lbs.” While on his new journey, the MTV star decided to quit consuming all types of fast food and opted for exclusively home-cooked meals. Even his cheat meals were prepared at home. He took the initiative to learn how to cook and has since excelled at it.

For his diet, Baltierra further added, “To jumpstart the weight loss, I cut out carbs (besides toast in the a.m.),”. He completely avoided consuming any type of carbs in his diet, which, according to him, led to his lean physique.
