The theory of preparing before training for the season

Zane mentions that being in the off-season gives the bodybuilder more space and time to look into and focus on their weak points and improve significantly before the next season comes up. He says, “So those months like December, January, and February, I would specialize on weak points and not get out of shape. You still stay in shape, but I mainly focused on areas I needed to improve.” He further points out how this routine followed his pose practice.
