Intermittent Fasting explained by Yates

In his blog, DY Nutrition, the English IFFB pro explains the main points of Intermittent Fasting. He mentions the popular approach to fasting, the 16:8 method in which one fasts for 16 hours and eats for 8 hours. The 5:2 method in which people reduce their calories to a negligible amount for two days a week. There is also the  12:12 approach, which has equal hours of eating and fasting window.

Yates mentions that this approach is the opposite of his bodybuilding days. During his preparation for the competition, he would eat up every two-three hours up to 6000 calories. He did this to put mass on his body as his goal was to “become the “best bodybuilder on the planet”.
