‘The Mutant’ Nick Walker is one of the major-league players in the bodybuilding industry. From having a rough childhood to becoming a celebrated bodybuilder, Nick has come far. At the outset of 2021, Nick Walker clinched first place at Arnold’s Classic leaving a dent in the bodybuilding world. Leaving a mark time and again, ‘The Mutant’ was among the first few runner-ups at the Arnold Classic 2023.

Recently, the mutant went on his Instagram and posted a photo in which he was lifting weights and squatting. The 28-YO bodybuilding champion will keep pushing his limits, setting himself up as the toughest competitive bodybuilder out there.

In the picture on Instagram, 28-year-old Nick Walker was at the squat rack with his back to the camera. The Mutant captioned the picture saying, It doesn’t matter what anyone has to say about you, stay focused, believe in yourself and prove everyone that supports you right.”

Recently, the top brass, including Chris Bumstead, came out with a catalog of top-listed exercise choices. Nick Walker shared his own version of the exercises. Dumbbell press and Smith squats were two of the major exercises selected. Nick paired it up with some golden advice: “Drop the ego, lower the weight, put the feet a little closer, a little lower on the platform, and contract the quads as hard as you can.”

Cable curls and pull-ups are the very next exercises on the list. The American athlete said, “I think pull-ups is probably one of the most underrated exercises because people just don’t utilize it enough.” In addition, he claimed that he would never begin working out with push-ups. 

Whatever he’s doing, Nick Walker seems to be on the right track. His advice is always appreciated by fans. Especially when it has to do with building great legs.

The Mutant never misses leg days at the gym

Nick Walker has a strenuous and arduous workout regimen. His leg days reflect his dedication. He once posted a picture of himself doing a full-range leg press, captioning it, “They want big legs. We’ll give them big legs.”

Fans were astonished by the leg symmetry of the mutant. Walker likes to flex every muscle in his leg and make the veins visible. It’s no wonder why bodybuilders take a lot of advice from him when it comes to their quads and growing their legs.
