In the picture on Instagram, 28-year-old Nick Walker was at the squat rack with his back to the camera. The Mutant captioned the picture saying, “It doesn’t matter what anyone has to say about you, stay focused, believe in yourself and prove everyone that supports you right.”

Recently, the top brass, including Chris Bumstead, came out with a catalog of top-listed exercise choices. Nick Walker shared his own version of the exercises. Dumbbell press and Smith squats were two of the major exercises selected. Nick paired it up with some golden advice: “Drop the ego, lower the weight, put the feet a little closer, a little lower on the platform, and contract the quads as hard as you can.”
Cable curls and pull-ups are the very next exercises on the list. The American athlete said, “I think pull-ups is probably one of the most underrated exercises because people just don’t utilize it enough.” In addition, he claimed that he would never begin working out with push-ups.
