As she persuades her viewers to opt for self-love and work on their physiques, many viewers commented on their point of view on the video.

The woman started the video by explaining her struggles with nutrition and diet-related issues. The video consisted of her clips of working out while she narrated her story. She wrote in the caption, “I don’t have thin thighs, the back of my legs have lumps and bumps and it used to make me cry. Looking back, I feel so sad thinking I was not enough. Diet culture had its grips on me and ditching it was tough.”
