Samson Dauda took to his Instagram feed and shared a post with his fans and followers. It looks like the bodybuilder is super excited about the Mr. Olympia competition. His caption said, “After a whole year of anticipation and preparation we are now just a few days away from another great Olympia battle I just love this Sh*t”

The picture accompanying the caption depicted a throwback of sorts from the last Olympia, with Dauda himself, Nick Walker, current champion Hadi Choopan, and the likes posing during the event. Amidst the trip to memory lane, it also may be a sign that the Nigerian Lion is looking forward to getting back on the stage and bringing his posing game up to the mark.
Earlier, he began a tough workout for his shoulder and stomach muscles. He showcased how these exercises were part of his immense effort to ensure a shredded physique before stepping into the Mr. Olympia arena.

Samson Dauda tries to ensure the perfect physique
In the video uploaded on YouTube, Dauda revealed how this was a necessary struggle as the marquee competition was at his heels. “All right guys so shoulder session done and yeah we just managed to get through that one man obviously energy level is quite low so it’s all struggle to get through work out at this stage,” he said.
