During his prime, his physique was widely recognized as one of the finest, helping him secure six consecutive Olympia titles. The same aspect of the bodybuilder’s life was highlighted in a fresh interview. He even spoke on the matter, revealing a saddening revelation owing to his iconic bodybuilding career.

It has been over five decades since Arnold Schwarzenegger’s debut in the late 1960s. Therefore, even his grand physique has undergone changes that don’t seem ideal to him.

In the interview, while referring to his iconic role in the Hollywood series, Terminator, the source shared that even today he grinds at the popular Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, like a “rusted T-800” while slowly moving around, giving in to his age. 

“He mills around Gold’s like a rusted T-800, with lumbering steps and an ever-so-slightly hunched back,” it read. Besides, even his ideal “ostrich-egg biceps” don’t seem as pumped as before, and “his elbows ache.” Nevertheless, when asked if he still hits the classic poses, he disclosed the most heartbreaking fact with a smirk on his face: Schwarzenegger shared that he does, but only in private.

“Yes, but only in the bathroom because sometimes it makes me cry,” said Arnold Schwarzenegger in a chat with Men’s Health. His ideal proportions have eventually faded away into time, yet his zeal stands against it.
