During the podcast, the 4-time Mr. Olympia asked Sarcev if coaches are really important for bodybuilding. He cited his era when people did not have coaches but did have a ?nutritionist?. Milos was quick to question Cutler about his coach.

Cutler quickly narrated that Chris Aceto was like a brother to him and more of an advisor or nutritionist than a coach. At the end of the day, Cutler was the one who made his decisions regarding fitness. Milos also agreed that he never had a coach. Lee Priest talks about coaches in bodybuilding

Priest talked on Fouad Abiad Media?s?YouTube channel, and Milos Sarcev was present in the podcast. His stance regarding this revolves around his faith in the capability of bodybuilders to understand their bodies and make informed decisions.

He argues that, while coaches can be a second pair of observing eyes and provide guidance, they may not completely grasp the unique requirements of clients which leads Priest to advocate for self-coaching. He stated,??I have more faith in the bodybuilders than they do themselves.?
