Joseph Baena, the 26-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has shown an interest in soccer. The seven-time Mr. Olympia’s son shares his father’s passion for bodybuilding and has built quite an impressive physique. Baena recently got the opportunity to visit Brazil thanks to his love for the sport. The younger bodybuilder attended the Arnold Classic South America as a sponsored athlete.

The Young LA-sponsored athlete also got to experience a high-stakes final of a retail soccer championship. Baena seemed to have developed a deeper interest in the sport since attending an electrifying State Championship final between Palmeiras and Santos. In his latest Instagram story, the 26-year-old spotted a similarity between himself and a South American soccer star.

The youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger posted a mirror selfie from Gold’s Gym. Jospe Baena has grown his hair and held it in place with a hair band during the workout. However, after clicking the mirror selfie, the actor noticed that his hairstyle resembles that of Uruguayan national team star Diego Forlan. “Feel like Forlan with this hair, wrote Baena.

Diego Forlan is among the best forwards of his generation. The striker has represented his country at the FIFA World Cup several times. He has also had an illustrious career with football clubs like Manchester United, Villarreal, Athletico Madrid, and others. However, it’s not all that surprising that Baena is interested in soccer, because Arnold Schwarzenegger played the sport.

Before Arnold Schwarzenegger developed his passion for weight lifting and bodybuilding, he used to play soccer in school. In fact, the former bodybuilding champion still has enough skill to pull off some tricks with the ball. While Joseph Baena doesn’t play soccer, he is into other sports besides bodybuilding.

The youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger is a tri-athlete

While Joseph Banea shared his love for bodybuilding with Arnold Schwarzenegger, his love of physically demanding sports isn’t limited to bodybuilding. The 26-year-old also enjoys riding bikes like his dad. The bodybuilder is also a swimmer and regularly practices these sports besides training at Gold’s Gym. In fact, he celebrated his 26th birthday by challenging himself.

On his 26th birthday, the youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger participated in his first triathlon. “I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I’m proud of myself for going the distance,” said Baena. “I truly believe that if you have muscles, you should be able to use them,” added the bodybuilder.

We don’t know that Joseph Baena has been interested in soccer since childhood, he has certainly talked about it for the first time on social media after his experience in Brazil.
