Shaw wrote in her post, “Today I received the news that my local videographer and friend has earned his heavenly wings 💔 I will always love you Jeff. Going to miss all the laughs we had filming and our chats, buddy. May you rest in peace.” This tragic event deeply affected everyone in the community, leading influential personalities to express their support for the 39-year-old athlete.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I know he was a great friend. Prayers for his family.” Donna Williams Salib, the 2022 New York Pro Champion, reached out to Shaw, offering her condolences.
