O?Hearn revealed that everyone trained heavily during the 90s in the Gold?s Gym and never went light like today’s bodybuilders. After a hefty introduction, he invited the Australian bodybuilder, and they started their conversation about dieting and cutting weight. When O?Hearn asked Priest how he would coach someone trying to get shredded and go into cutting, Priest said that dieting and training are the easy parts. The most difficult part is controlling the mind because it tends to play tricks on the person. So the best thing to do according to Priest, is a visualization of the final shredded body in the mind, which will slowly come to fruition with training. They not only agreed to each other?s dieting and exercise process but also about the ?snowflake? behavior of recent fitness freaks.
