He has devised a million-dollar venture called the Blueprint with his team of expert doctors to defy the sands of time and look ten times younger than his age. The 46-year-old millionaire and businessman has many steps in his daily routine to achieve a youthful body, but sleep is one of the most important ones.

In the Instagram video, the millionaire is talking about how sleeping is not a very easy practice in daily life. He said, “Sleep is so complicated because it’s psychological, it’s physical, it’s every aspect.”

He also explained, “And so, to achieve this, I think it’s interesting almost like I look at Amelia Earhart crossing the Atlantic or the four-minute mile or Wright brothers taking flight. Once one human demonstrates one accomplishment, you can’t unlearn that.” He narrated that once the 6 months of perfect sleep practice is completed, it becomes a muscle memory just like how, after learning how to fly a plane, no one can forgot that.

Johnson said that it is extremely hard to sleep consistently and not break the cycle, but it is achievable. He ended the conversation by saying that sleep is the pillar of our lives. Johnson has also shown statics before, to narrate how sleep helps in reverse aging.

He likes to be a sleepyhead

Johnson revealed“My total bone mineral density is in the top 0.2% of 30-year-olds, and my body inflammation is 85% lower than the average 18-year-old.” These astonishing statistics highlight the probable benefits of prioritizing sleep and how it has an impact on physical health and inflammation levels.

He described his approach by using the example of Ulysses where mastering sleep is similar to tying his mind into a mast preventing him from being lured by the siren song of modern technological distractions.
