“Skin…Similar to Quebec’s Road”: Ahead of Competition Prep, IFBB Pro’s ‘Holy Shreds’ Leaves Bodybuilding World Drooling

One of Canada’s leading athletes in the world of bodybuilding, Iain Valliere has plans for redemption this year. Ever since he missed the mark at the Mr. Olympia stage, he has been a work in progress. In order to get to the top, he also reunited with his coach Matt Jansen so that he leaves no stone unturned for the upcoming event. Valliere’s full focus is to keep his body weight steady, and stay in the striking range before he goes on to compete at the next event.

The IFFB Pro Canadian athlete now has his eyes set on winning the Toronto Pro Supershow this month. He has been prepping for this for the past nine weeks and plans on obtaining a leaner body. And based on his latest update, looks like he is inching closer to his dreams.

Valliere for the win?

The Canadian bodybuilder recently took to his Instagram and posted pictures of himself flexing his lower body. His fans went absolutely crazy looking at the drastic transformation that he has gone through in just 9 weeks. Entering the Toronto Pro Supershow and winning the title would be a huge step for the IFFB Pro athlete as it will only take him closer to what he has been aspiring to do all this while since 2018. 

With the complete dedication that has gone into training for the Toronto Pro, he aims for an early qualification of the Mr. Olympia 2023 roster. With his preparations in full swing, Valliere is set out to achieve what he could not just by a few marks last time on the show. His fans, equally excited about the possibility, showered his comment section with love and support.

One of his fans took to the comments section and said, “Toronto pro look about to be pristine 😤”. Talking about his perfect cuts and visible shred, one of them comments, “Holy shreds”. Another one of his followers called him “That Canadian Dry s**t!” With the drastic level of change that he has brought about with sheer dedication, a follower motivated him to reach where he is planning to, saying, “time to show em.” The comment that stood out in the section was when one of his fans brought about a legendary comparison saying, “Skin texture similar to Quebec’s roads = spot on 😮‍💨.”
