The sport of bodybuilding is surely not for the faint-hearted. It requires a lot of discipline, determination, and consistency from the athlete’s end. Bad training can be covered with a good diet; however, a poor diet cannot be covered with intense training. In order to keep the body in an anabolic stage, it is essential to consume meals every once in a few hours without any delay. AEG Fitness recently uploaded a clip from a video that fitness creator Sam Sulek made about the same subject.
As he revealed the importance of preparing your meals beforehand and carrying them with you, he confessed that he does not follow this thing himself as he can cook his meals whenever he has to eat. However, he suggested others carry their meals with them if they have to stay out of the kitchen for most of the day. While what he suggested was a good point, many from the fitness community pointed out how Sulek’s skin quality looked extremely poor in the video because of drug usage.

While Sam Sulek is not a professional bodybuilder as of now, he does train and follow a bodybuilding routine. To make the most gains, he explained that having your meals with you at all times can help a lot. Although he confessed, “I’m not a huge prepper… If I knew I’m going to be gone for a substantial period of time, like when I go to class, or like a road trip or something or whatever, I might be more prone to prep some stuff, but for the most part, I just kind of make the food when I need to eat.”
He explained that his routine is such that he can come back home in between his classes to get his meals. However, if you are away for more than five hours, he pointed out that “it’s going to be in your best interest to make sure you bring some stuff with you.”
Upon coming across the post, the fitness and bodybuilding community reacted to Sulek’s post. While a few of the users agreed to Sulek’s advice related to preparing your meals beforehand, others pointed out Sulek’s abusive dosages of PEDs and steroids.

Netizens react to Sam Sulek’s tip about meal prep
One of the users commented on the post by writing, “I meal prep for stretches of work because I usually work 3-12’s in a row then have 3 days off. Other than that a fresh meal is nicer,” while another user stated, “I mean who needs meal prep when there are 2 litre chocolate milk canisters?”

Another comment from one of the viewers pointed out how Sulek has a bad skin because of anabolic usage. “His skin is about 70 years old. Imagine how old his organs look,” the comment read. Another such comment read, “Sam sounds really smart but jeez his skin looks terrible from all the roid abuse.” Another user took a jibe at Sulek’s steroid usage and wrote, “”i usually eat steroids at breakfast, skip lunch and then another serving at dinner” – Sam.”

Sam’s high dosages of steroids and PEDs have been a subject of debate in the fitness community for a while now.
