The life of bodybuilding GOAT, Ronnie Coleman, has never been easygoing. Since he stepped into the competitive arena of bodybuilding, he has always come out as a warrior, battling countless medical hurdles. Coleman, who is enthusiastic about his life, had to put an end to his illustrious career owing to numerous injuries and the 14 surgeries he had to undergo during the period. 

Recently, he was seen training with 7-time Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath. While engaging in some weight-lifting exercises together, Coleman revealed how excited he was for his birthday that was coming up.

In a recent video uploaded by Ronnie Coleman’s YouTube channel, one could see that even though the legends had many topics for discussion, Coleman seemed eager to talk about his birthday. While talking about turning sixty, Coleman also recalled how blessed he was.  

Talking to Heath, he said, I’ll be 60 in a couple of months.Heath was slightly amazed at this fact. Adding more to his thoughts, revealed how he will be, “60 with 8 girls and 2 grandkids.” Although life has given him various injuries to deal with, Coleman has always been positive about his life. This is the same attitude that helped the bodybuilder lift the SANDOW trophy eight times, making him the only person other than Lee Haney to have achieved the feat. 

On the other hand, before uploading the video of the training on YouTube, a few weeks ago, Ronnie Coleman shared a carousel of pictures from the session on Instagram. Here he had talked about how happy he was to train with Heath for the first time.

Sharing the fact that he had a wonderful training session with Heath, Coleman had posted a few pictures on social media. He captioned the post as “15 Olympia Titles”, counting and recalling the total Olympia titles he and Heath won during their career.

Further, in the caption, he wrote, “It’s always great getting together with my boy @philheath!! This was our first time ever training together.However, he also went on to add that this would not be their last session together, fuelling fans’ excitement over a future collaboration between the greats.
