The fitness enthusiast recently took to her Instagram and opened up about her secret to getting the gains. Flowers’ feats are grabbing a lot of attention in the fitness community.

In the video, Flowers revealed that she began working out at 58. However, instead of going to the gym, she chose the comfort of her own house. From there, she began following workout routines and soon discovered that she could achieve the same results without ever having to leave her house.

Flowers added that after seeing the positive changes she tried out some fitness programs at home. Granny Guns showed that she started with a basic program like “21 days fix” and then completed a difficult plan called “Body Beast” which she completed with great success. Eventually, after gaining confidence, she decided to take her fitness journey to the next level by joining a gym. “After I mastered these and built a good strong base it was time to move on to the gym”.
Flowers wanted to send the message that no matter in which condition one finds themselves, the courage to take the first step is all that makes a difference. “The point is we all start somewhere and all you need to do is to start”, she said. However, this is not the first time when the internet sensation has grabbed eyeballs.
