4-time Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, seems to have taken a resolution to spread awareness about the significance of a good diet among people as the festive season is approaching. With so many years in the bodybuilding realm, Cutler has gained immense fitness knowledge and needs no further introduction. His admirers love to listen to his effective training and diet suggestions. 

The legend comes true to his words every time he comes up with do’s and don’ts of fitness with a logical explanation. Recently, he did the same thing and spoke about how people become indulgent in food during the celebration of festivals.

In a recent video uploaded by JayCutlerTV’s YouTube channel, the Olympia dominator, Cutler, talked about the importance of a healthy eating regimen. In the video, he said, We’re coming into holiday season you know coming into Thanksgiving and Christmas and this is where people you know the New Year’s resolution people start getting their mind together but at the same time they blow their diets on you know the family holidays and they have the excuse well everyone’s doing it so I’m going to do it but moving into these holidays I want you guys to think about one thing you don’t have to indulge yourself to the extreme.

Cutler seems to be very serious about health and hence, he suggests his viewers stick to the resolution they make to enhance their fitness. He has talked about the fact that people follow each other to make an excuse so that they can indulge in eating. I know it’s a celebration and everything else but it shouldn’t be centered around food it should be spending time with family and respecting the holiday he suggested further.

Jay Cutler is a man with a disciplined diet regimen. In the resurfaced video, Cutler talked about his unique diet choices. The bodybuilder preferred the consumption of two gallons of Crystal Light beverage as it was beneficial to keep the body full.

The bodybuilding beast himself was aware of the fact that his diet practices were crazy and unique. He said, “Sometimes you don’t eat for taste”.
