The Pro Creator captioned his post, “Tip of the Day: Don’t neglect single leg press!” He disclosed the importance of doing single-leg presses. Rambod advises everyone, “If you have one leg that’s bigger than the other, make sure you use single leg because then you can be able to really focus on that weaker leg.”

Focusing on the weaker leg helps you maintain balance in your overall physique. It increases your stabilization to maintain balance, improving your body coordination. Working on each leg individually ensures that both legs are getting equal strain and movements, helping the weaker muscles to grow properly. It provides a larger range of motion when compared with exercise that focuses on both legs simultaneously.
“It’s a great exercise to help balance your physique and strengthen your weaker leg,” explains the Pro Creator. Working on a single muscle independently even reduces the risk of injuries and increases overall body function. The Pro Creator not only shared the benefits of the single-leg press but earlier, he highlighted how single-leg extension machines can benefit you.

In an Instagram post, the Pro Creator was seen training the former Mr. Olympia champion Hadi Choopan with the new single-leg extension machine they received. Rambod expressed how using a unilateral leg extension machine helps you identify your weaker leg and allows you to work on it independently. He highlighted that while using a bilateral machine, your stronger leg overpowers the weaker leg, not leaving enough room for its improvement.
He captioned the post, “Maximize Your Leg Extensions. We love using @panattaofficial’s unilateral leg extensions to maximize isolation, ensure a balance between both legs, and even self-spot on those finals reps.” The IFBB coach even encouraged others to use the machine to experience the benefits of it. He wrote, “If you have access to a machine like this at your gym, give it a shot next Leg Day!“
