Diet and nutrition is one of the most important aspects when it comes to bodybuilding. While maintaining a diet may sound easy to some, it is a whole different ball game in reality. An often-used excuse by lifters and gym-goers to eat unhealthy is the point that they are currently on a bulk. While in bulk, a person may be allowed to eat more, it does not necessarily mean that the calories should come from junk food and sweets.
Pointing this out in a YouTube video, IFBB Pro Greg Doucette recently reacted to the currently trending influencer, Sam Sulek’s full day of eating. Doucette was shocked to his core after watching the video and expressed his disbelief over the matter.

21-year-old social media influencer Sam Sulek went viral recently due to his massive build and heavy lifts. Sulek can be often seen preaching ego lifting as well, as he believes it to be beneficial for muscle hypertrophy if done right. Apart from this, another well-known fact about the teenager is that he is on a ton of steroids and PEDs currently, which is evident by the acne on his face as well as the rest of his body.
Sulek’s recent full day of eating video saw many comments from the fitness industry who could not believe that Sulek follows such a poor diet. For gaining all this extra mass, Sulek relies on junk food, as well as a lot of sugar.

Reacting to one of Sulek’s videos related to his training routine, Doucette referred to his previous video, which he made on Sam. Remembering the poor dietary choices that Sam relies on, Doucette stated, “He recently released his shocking full day of eating we’re essentially just ate Cinnamon Toast Crunch, two liters of chocolate milk, two liters of milk! Burgers, fries, donuts, and nothing but junk.”
In the actual video, Sulek can be seen sipping two liters of chocolate milk as his breakfast. Shocked by this, Doucette pointed out that two liters of chocolate milk consist of 1800 calories. Even though it also has 70 grams of protein, the sugar and carbs in the milk are too high. Despite being in bulk, the approach toward food that Sulek is taking is not very healthy, according to Doucette.
