Arnold Schwarzenegger’s eldest child and daughter Katherine radiates her positivity to everyone around her. It often goes unnoticed how content she is with her life and career. A publication by the New York Times sheds light on the author in a different light. Katherine has no complaints, loves being a mother, and confides in her mother, Maria Shriver’s wisdom on life to create her own. 

Shriver noted her daughter’s success in her personal as well as professional lives in the interview. Moreover, she once claimed that her daughter has mastered some key traits that Shriver felt were unique to herself only. 

Like mother, like daughter

According to the interview, the 33-year-old star is quite sorted with her life. She was aware of her life’s objectives and followed the path that led to it. Interestingly, she has managed to thrive in her career as an author, without revealing many details about her personal life. Maria acknowledged Katherine’s sensibility and admitted that she was “hyper-organized.”

Maria had not expected her daughter to outdo her when it came to being organized. She revealed in the interview with the New York Times, “I thought I was organized, and she’s labeled me out of the game.” Showcasing her organizational skills, Katherine and her star husband, Chris Pratt appeared on the show Get Organized with the Home Edit, where she lived the dream of labeling all items in their garage.

Owing to her positive outlook on life, even the media does not seem to bother her. Although Katherine’s books are based on her personal life, they do not reveal much. That is the art the author has managed to master over the years, and her mother is proud. However, she once admitted that her mother had warned them about a never-ending struggle. 

Katherine Schwarzenegger knew how to deal with negative fame

The Schwarzenegger-Shriver divorce was a big blow to their family’s public image. Yet, the star parents did a good job raising their kids privately and keeping them out of any public scrutiny. However, the downside of fame involves an eternal battle of putting up the right image. Hence, Maria had warned Katherine to stay wary of the “never-ending trap of correcting the record.”
