Arnold Schwarzenegger overcame many setbacks and financial constraints to become one of the most legendary figures in the world. The 76-year-old recently published a self-help book to direct youth toward success by sharing his winning formulas. His father’s words served as the source of the book’s title, “Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life.” Now, the world is benefiting from Schwarzenegger’s life principles.

A netizen has confirmed, on his X profile, how Arnie’s latest motivation book is helping him in the mourning times after his mother’s demise. Having undergone a similar pain 25 years ago, Schwarzenegger has words of empathy for his fellow X user.

Schwarzenegger came from a humble background and made bodybuilding his breath in his early years to become successful. The Governator trained six days a week and became the 7x Mr. Olympia champion by the 1980s. His Hollywood stint introduced high-intensity action films to the cinema, and his catchphrases became a sensation worldwide. At 76, Schwarzenegger wants to contribute more.

So, he is running a fitness newsletter, Arnold’s Pump Club, inspiring his village (subscribers) to lead a healthy lifestyle. Also, Arnie released an audiobook, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life, to help people succeed. Excited to gain wisdom from Arnie’s words in the book, an X user wrote, “@Schwarzenegger I’m excited to listen to Arnold, get motivated and be useful. It comes to me at a difficult time in my life, just losing my mother. I really need it.”

The post didn’t go unnoticed by Schwarzenegger, and he replied, “She’s not gone, she’s a part of you. All those memories and lessons that made you you will never be gone. I hope it helps.” Having lost his mother in 1998 to a congenital heart condition, Schwarzenegger knows the pain of losing one’s mom.

Arnold Schwarzenegger relives his mom’s memories everyday

The Terminator actor bonded better with his mother than his father since childhood. Schwarzenegger’s mom always helped him in his bodybuilding journey by arranging enough protein supplements when the family couldn’t afford meat daily and sewing posing trunks for his competing events.
