Samson Dauda had made a name for himself in the bodybuilding community with consistent improvement. He was placed 6th in his debut Mr. Olympia last year and is eyeing for this year’s Sandow trophy. Dauda, who celebrates 341K followers on Instagram, often flaunts his muscle gains to impress his followers.

His recent social update is a note of appreciation for his life partner for her role in his life. The emotional side of the bodybuilding beast is evident in his post.

Samson Dauda’s heartwarming post

The Nigerian Lion has been training hard under the guidance of the Serbian bodybuilding icon Milos Sarcev. The duo are aiming to lift the Sandow trophy this year. To the unversed, Dauda is the winner of the Arnold Classic, 2023, and his fans hope to see him as Mr. Olympia very soon. 

The bodybuilding icon now gave a glimpse of his personal life to his Instagram family. He posted a heartwarming message for a special person, his wife, Marlenka. Sharing a picture of them in his Instagram story, the Nigerian Lion wrote, “She has been my best friend for the last 12 years. No one has ever gotten close to me like she has… She’s more than my wife she is my life.“

He followed up the story with a clip of 2x Academy Award winner Denzel Washington’s speech about his wife, Pauletta Washington. It is a snippet of his AFI Life Achievement Award speech, in which he was seen saying, “I would not be alive without Pauletta Washington.” Dauda’s love for his wife is reflected in his Instagram Stories. On the professional front, Dauda is leaving no stone unturned to create mass havoc on the Mr. Olympia stage this year.

The Serbian bodybuilding coach Milos Sarcev is not resting until his champion, Dauda, gets to flaunt his mass monster avatar on the prestigious bodybuilding stage this year. The duo’s work has impressed the bodybuilding clan as they won the recent Arnold Classic, beating Nick Walker. Earlier this month, the pro coach shared pictures of Dauda to tease his fans. 

“Well…I might get in trouble…but – too bad so sad…at least it will be worth it. Scale stays the same (330 lbs) …conditioning improving. @samson__dauda – 12 weeks out,” he wrote with a picture of the Nigerian Lion’s recent physique. Despite not being allowed to post a video, Sarcev couldn’t stop himself from posting a picture of his student’s beast-like physique.

The Mr. Olympia event is a few weeks away, and bodybuilding fans are crossing their fingers to witness their icons on stage. But only time will reveal who will lift the trophy this year.
