He also shares videos of appreciation for heart-warming gym videos. In a recent Instagram post, the self-proclaimed CEO of gym positivity was utterly disappointed by a viral video.
Swoll reposted a video where someone was body shaming a woman for her obesity, and this didn’t go well with Swoll. He called out the video creator for posting such content filled with negativity.

The fitness influencer shared a body shaming video in which a person posted an overweight woman speaking on the phone while standing in a queue. “The tortilla lady with 60 CM biceps,” the caption of the video read in reference to the extra flabby arms of the woman. Reacting to the video, the disgusted bodybuilder responded, “I don’t know what’s more disappointing! The fact that you thought this is okay to do to that woman or the fact that 70,000 people liked and supported this video.”
Swoll pointed out that the person didn’t even feel remorse while taking the video, editing it, or captioning it thinking, “This is very hurtful to do to that lady. I shouldn’t do it!” He feels that people like this are bringing a bad name to gym-goers.

He further adds, ”Shame on you for this! You need to do better!” He captioned the post with his honest opinion, “You should NEVER treat people this way.” Swoll not just calls out negative influencers, he even celebrates videos that bring out positivity in people about the gym culture. Earlier, he shared one such heartwarming gym video.

In the video shared by Swoll, a woman could be seen struggling with weights while doing her incline dumbbell press. A gymgoer who was observing her struggle reached out to help her.

Appreciating the video, Swoll added that “We need to bring this gym culture back!” He further reminisced about his gym days when people proactively helped one another
