Arnold Schwarzenegger shares how multivitamins help strengthen memory

Arnold Schwarzenegger, elaborating on the study, shared that it was based on 21,000 participants and then compared people who took the multivitamins to people who did not. He wrote, The multivitamin appeared to help strengthen memory and processing, with the improvements estimated to reduce brain aging by two to five years.”

Several factors affect the health of your brain, and thus it is not fair to say that all of it is from multivitamins. You might as well get similar benefits from a nutritious diet. However, after the age of 60, the requirement to fuel your mind and body changes. He added, “Low-cost methods with little downside and high potential upside could be worth the effort.”

In the conversation, he mentioned what a healthy body weight truly is. The author said, “It is much better to be lean and light health-wise.” He even gave his practical advice on weight management for aging people.

He stated that when you get older, it is always better to decrease the body weight because that is what’s best for your heart.
