Bodybuilding and fitness changed the trajectory of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s life. Thus, even decades after retiring from professional bodybuilding, the Austrian Oak continues to give back to the industry. At 76, Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn’t just want to give aspiring bodybuilders a platform to shine, but also to help the average person find appreciation for fitness. So now he has made a free guide for those into fitness.

The Arnold Classic co-founder posted on social media about a comprehensive and free training guide that he created. “For 60 years, I’ve seen every type of workout,” Arnold Schwarzenegger said in the promo. So he put all that knowledge into the free e-book that anyone can download. However, unlike other training guides, Arnie’s Get Back in Shape has something for even the busiest individuals.

While many people want to get started with workouts, they find it difficult to start their fitness journey owing to several obligations, such as financial constraints, long working hours, or multiple jobs. However, Arnold Schwarzenegger has designed his guide with all of this in mind.

“Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, have a full gym or only your body weight, or want to train for two hours or only 10 minutes,” the former champion explained who his e-book was meant for. Arnold Schwarzenegger even has bodyweight training plans for people who can’t afford to go to the gym or buy weights for home workouts. The Austrian Oak even has something special for those who don’t need a guide.

“This guide has everything you need, including my infamous “Friday workouts’ with Franco,” said Arnie. So the advanced lifters who have already tried everything under the sun might want to take a crack at the workout of two former Mr. Olympia champions. While the e-book is the latest resource Arnold Schwarzenegger has come up with, it only scratches the surface.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is on a fitness crusade

The bodybuilding legend’s free e-book isn’t the only free resource he has. Arnold Schwarzenegger has been publishing his fitness newsletter for just over a year now. The free newsletter regularly brings the latest and greatest fitness advice for anyone looking to improve their quality of life. Like his free training guide, the newsletter is short enough for people on a tight schedule.

Schwarzenegger started his crusade after seeing the rising rates of obesity in the country. That’s why the fitness icon is going to such lengths to provide so many resources for free. The former Mr. Univese has already inspired countless people with his newsletter, and they’ve thanked him on social media. He even has the Pump App, a paid platform for personal training.
