The fitness world can never forget the charm of this bodybuilding icon. He was and shall be a man with awe-aspiring history and victory. In a recent Instagram post, he shared a heartfelt caption along with a photograph that shows him on the front cover of Muscular Development magazine. 

In responding to such honor, the legendary figure wrote a caption that says, “Look who’s on the new cover of Muscular Development. Yeah Buddy!!!! You guys can pick up your copy at your local grocery stores. I can’t believe I’m still on the cover of magazines after 17 years of not competing. Wow!!!” he added further.

Showing feelings of gratitude for the owner of the magazine, the GOAT said, “Thanks a lot Steve Blechman owner of Muscular Development. It’s more than an honor for me, I’m actually speechless. ” The caption added further, “Great job Giles Thomas on that wonderful article. Your the best my friend, love you much bro. ” Indeed, he is worthy of respect and appreciation, as he is the one who has not quit his training and workout after so many years of retirement from the sport. Despite being in a wheelchair, he still has a passion for bodybuilding. He opens up on his reasons for doing training 6 days a week.

Ronnie Coleman loves training 6 days a week despite health issues 

The legendary bodybuilder and professional fitness coach, Hany Rambod and Ronnie Coleman appeared together in a YouTube video where they both seemed to have a wonderful discussion about Coleman’s journey, accomplishments, and training routine. The coach asked the GOAT about his desire or reason for his consistent training for 6 days. 

Resilient Ronnie Coleman trains his body six days a week as according to him, workouts make life purposeful for him. Responding to the coach’s question, he saidMy goal is to enjoy myself and have as much fun as possible cause training has been a hobby for me for about 48 years straight. Gets me out of bed every morning and makes me go to bed at night just to get up every day and train.” In a nutshell, training every day gives more power and strength to our legend, and because of it, he is very positive toward life. Though he has no bodybuilding competitions to win ahead, his love for training unconditionally is worthy of respect and honor.
