Phil Heath, the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion has achieved it all and is still climbing the ladder even after retirement. The Gift knows what it takes to be the best and he also appreciates the people who are the best. Phil Heath trained till he hallucinated, and this is the dedication that made him the GOAT that he is today. He also appreciates the achievements that have been made by other people in their fields.

Recently he appreciated the Golf GOAT, Jack Nicklaus, and his perseverance in the game which made him into the legend that he is. He explained about the GOAT’s life to impart valuable knowledge to the fans.

Phil Heath gives a valuable lesson

He started the caption with the words: “To have something you’ve never had before you’ve gotta do something you’ve never done before.” He also explained the life story of the golf legend in the video and asked the fans, “Where am I going with this…”

He started the video by saying, “If you happen to go online stories, I posted um a small video about the great Jack Nicklaus, and anyone that knows Jack, they consider him the GOAT of Golf. Now in this clip, it talks about how a gentleman was looking at a pud and saying this is impossible no one can hit this.” Jack also asked whether he should do it for them and then Heath declared, “He takes the ball drops it Squares up, and knocks it down.”

He explained that he was saying all this to make people understand that to achieve something one needs to work hard and persevere in the fields that they are scared of. He also explained that the work ethic has to be very strong to achieve something. Heath said, “He can accomplish anything as long as he puts the time in.” Phil Heath appreciates everyone’s hard work and dedication.

Phil Heath never let his problems come in the way

Just like Nicklaus, the bodybuilding GOAT also never doubted himself. He has faced setbacks and failures after his father passed away; however he never gave up and faced everything head on. Not only that, Heath also went through a divorce which shook him as well. These events could have easily distracted anyone, but not him.
