The podcast by ‘Straight Outta the Lair’, hosted by Flex Lewis, brought Joey Swoll as the guest. The main crux of the matter was the increasing toxic environment in the gym. Both of them advocate for a healthy environment to exercise, and Swoll is the biggest advocate of positive behavior. The seven-time 212 Olympia champion is also the owner of the gym, Dragon?s Lair. He would disapprove of unruly behavior inside any gym that would disrupt other people’s exercise.

While speaking about the issue with entrepreneur and bodybuilder Swoll, Lewis said, ?When you allow people to be in a gym, just based on their popularity, based on their Instagram followers, you allow the cancer to spread especially if they?re acting in a certain way And nobody has the right to do that.?

He was blunt and direct in his disapproval of bringing in tripods, and selfie sticks inside a gym to film content rather than concentrate on exercise. Just like Swoll, Flex is also a man who rose from very little to gain a lot of success. So he knows the value of hard work and sincerity.

Before his meteoric rise to fame, Lewis found himself grappling with financial problems. The fitness influencer also revealed that one time he had yelled at his friend in public due to the stress he was having.?

However, he never lost sight of his goals and ended up meeting Joe Weider at their headquarters in Woodland Hills. After signing in with Weider’s business, his life started falling into place, and he finally started becoming famous.?
