In the workout of the week section of Arnold’s pump club he talked about last week’s workout, which went viral. Owing to high audience demand, they decided to create another similar style of training. He said, “The workout is designed to get the most out of every set and maximize intensity.”
Schwarzenegger explained the process of doing a workout and said that the full-body workout would pump each muscle group in your body. The Austrian Oak who won seven Mr Olympias in his lifetime instructed to start by performing one set of each exercise in round one. Then rest is advised for three minutes.
After this Arnie moves toe to round two and does each exercise again, and again rest for three minutes. Repeating this process with all the rounds would help to push the limits but also give the muscles a resting time and maintain the intensity.
The workout consisted of exercises such as Dumbbell Squat, inclined dumble press, inverted row, and kickstand deadlift, to name a few. He has previously even warned people about how strength declines with age and how to maintain that strength for a long time.

Arnold talks about strength
The very first few lines of the newsletter were under a heading called stat of the week. According to the new statistics power and strength both are lost according to age. Strength declines around 1 to 3 percent annually after the age of 55. If you do not do strength training then the power will disappear at the rate of double.
However, Arnold Schwarzenegger also assured people that there was nothing to be scared of because he had a solution. The only thing that one needed to do was resistance training, which could offset these losses and build strength that will remain even when a person is 80 years old.
