Daniel Coffeen who has earned 19 Pro cards in his career, calls himself the number one posing coach based in Central Texas. Coffeen shed light on the arch of the feet and pointed out how important it can become while a bodybuilder poses on the stage. The coach also emphasized how having flat feet in one’s front shots can actually put them at a disadvantage that a bodybuilder does not really take into consideration.

Through his latest Instagram post, Coffeen has projected how the arch present in the feet has a purpose in posing for bodybuilding competitions. He suggested how the higher arch of the feet would help in making the leg highlighted better. He stated, “The more prominent you can make your arch the easier it will be to highlight the lines in your legs.”

Moreover, he also presented the fact that improved stability as a base underfoot would help in achieving increased force. This in turn would also help in defining quads better. Coffeen reflected, “Make sure that arch is high and throughout the duration of your time on stage. Especially in front shots.”

In one of his interviews, Gaspari had confessed that he was dealing with competitors and opponents who were bigger in size with a slightly better physique. However, he also revealed that he was able to defeat them all because of posing alone. When Gaspari was asked if one can win by presenting themselves better or not, the bodybuilder said yes. He replied, “I think if they are close to one guy better, say have better genetic shape, but the other guy can pose better and present better, Yes.”
