Jesse James West needs no validation from others about his exciting relationship with the bodybuilding GOAT, Ronnie Coleman. The self-proclaimed son of eight-time Mr Olympia often makes waves in the online world for his illustrious body and gruesome training and workout sessions.
Many bodybuilding legends have been featured in his videos. Bodybuilders famous for their epic rivalry with each other, Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman are the most talked about icons in his posts. He seems to have learned a lot from these legendary figures. As a result of this, he has utilized the knowledge and got into about four to five months of intense training to achieve a lean body.

In a recent Instagram post, Jesse James West shared some of his photographs that flaunted his body and mass in great proportions. He wrote a caption that talked about the training he underwent to achieve his desired fitness goals. He wrote, “187 lbs of lean beef stick. Been bulking for 4-5 months now and it’s safe to say it’s working. This is the biggest and still, the leanest I have ever been. I plan to break 190 and then diet down a little… or maybe a lot???”

Finally, his hard work and effective training approaches seem to have paid off, and he got the body he wanted before the beginning of this routine. West also seems to have set a goal of reaching 190 and wants to know what his fans think about the figure.
West has participated in numerous amateur bodybuilding competitions where he demonstrated his potential and talent. As part of his fitness goals, the winner of the Classic Physique Category at the 2023 Summer Shredding Championship had reduced his body fat to 6%.

West reveals the truth behind hardcore training
Expressing the difficulty of lowering body fat to 6 percent, he said, “I wanted to document this every day because I want to show you guys the truth about what it’s like getting this shredded.” While sitting down for a breakfast of oats, egg whites, and veggies, he revealed that this was the worst he had felt “in over a year.“

However, looking at the bright side, West had complimented the food he was eating and said, “All right, the oats slap.”As the young bodybuilder continues on his grind to achieve his fitness goals, he has also made it clear that such attempts are not a cakewalk.
