Ronnie Coleman, widely regarded as ‘The King’ of bodybuilding, is still a force to be reckoned upon when it comes to the world of fitness. With the maximum number of wins at the Mr. Olympia championship, he stands tall as the epitome of success for the sport. However, the road has not been easy for him.

After dedicating most of his hours of the day to the gym and experimenting with which split and workout suits his body the best to have the same breakfast for 25 years, which cost him $136,875, he has done it all, and hence the result. However, in a recent turn of events, Coleman revealed a rather unimaginable fact about his food habits.

Ronnie Coleman took to his official YouTube channel to share a video: ‘Ronnie Coleman, “Ask me anything.” ‘ In the video, he took up certain questions from his fans and answered them. One of the most intriguing answers was to the question of a fan who had asked him which meal he consumed the most in his entire lifetime.

Most of his fans know that Ronnie Coleman has been having the same breakfast for 25 years (pancakesegg whites, and bacon) and the answer should have been pretty obvious. However, ‘The King’ managed to surprise the netizens again. He said, “When I was in college, we used to always have the pizza eating contest at the Pizza Inn, where it was a dollar all you can eat and I guarantee you, I won every single time ’cause ain’t nobody eats more pizza than Big Ron.”

He goes on to say, “My biggest count had to be about 33 slices because I would go back and stack up as many as I can eat as many as I can and when I got tired of eating I would go in the bathroom, do some push-ups some sit-ups, and come out and eat some more.” To think of Ronnie Coleman being crazy about junk food is beyond imaginable. He spilled some other beans too in the video. Such a diet is definitely not bodybuilding-friendly.

Ronnie Coleman reveals his fear 

In the video, Coleman was also asked whether he was scared of anything. The King’s answer took a rather humorous tone; he said, Yeah buddy, the Boogeyman.” He also adds that besides that, he is barely scared of anything else, as he has been pretty much out there and has done almost everything when he was in the police department.

Coleman said, “You never knew what was gonna come up again. You think about being 5’11 and 330 pounds of solid muscle, ain’t nobody trying to get none from you.” He is proud to have sculpted his muscular body, and that is what he uses as his shield.
