Jay Cutler reminisces his old memories

Now a four-time Mr. Olympia, the 49-year-old athlete, recalled his days from the grind when he was working hard during his pro-competing days. “Gold’s Gym USA! I’ve been to every Gold’s Gym in the country,” he could be heard saying in the beginning. He opened his day with some intensely weighted squats, followed by some stretching.

“I feel that this is one of my best looks, two and a half weeks from the show as we already know, I’m not gonna do anything drastic at this point,” the IFBB pro added. He seemed quite determined towards his goal, planning out his whole routine, be it diet, workouts, or meeting his fans. Likewise, the caption of the post stated, “Ripped to shreds prior to my 3rd consecutive Arnold Classic victory.”

To his astonishment, Cutler saw Sonbaty engrossed in an intense cycling workout at the Gold’s Gym the next day itself. That’s not even all, the German athlete killed the workout in a continuous 2-3 hours, when ideally bodybuilders shouldn’t be on it for “more than an hour at a time.”
