Online fitness and bodybuilding sensation Lean Beef Patty is among the most popular female influencers in the fitness space. She enjoys nearly unparalleled popularity and is among those fans call “muscle mommy.” Besides building a great physique, Patty’s short and to-the-point workout tutorials have proved invaluable for many.

Unlike many other influencers, the former gymnast often posts no-nonsense tips on fitness. Coming from a gymnastics background also makes Patty an expert in mobility and flexibility content. However, her latest video is all about muscle building on push day. The fitness influencer revealed her grueling workout in her signature no-fluff, on-point style.

While bodybuilding enthusiasts make working out a part of their lifestyle, they switch up routines periodically. This is done to make things interesting and avoid stagnating muscle growth. In her latest video, Lean Beef Patty switched things up. “Return of some benching,” wrote the bodybuilding enthusiast in her caption before disclosing her push-day session.

However, Patty didn’t just list the exercises she did but also uploaded multiple clips so people could see her performing the exercises she listed. Patty started off showing a “Top of 3” benchpress set. She racked the weight after three reps, but immediately took it off the rack and started benching for three additional reps.

However, the fitness influencer didn’t show the following two sets of ten reps. In the second clip, Patty kicked up some heavy dumbbells to her shoulders and did incline dumbbell presses for three sets with ten reps in each set. Then came overhead dumbbell presses for three sets of six to eight reps, followed by three more sets for ten to twelve reps each.

The final two exercises were bodyweight movements. Lean Beef Patty did four sets of bodyweight dips for ten reps each. Finally, the last exercise on the list was three sets of pushups. However, the final sets didn’t have a set number of reps. Instead, she did pushups until failure. While the fitness enthusiast could’ve just listed the exercises, the videos served a purpose.

Instead of separately showing how each movement works, Patty’s short videos act as cues for people who would like to attempt the workout. This approach has helped many people easily follow her videos. Videos like this have also helped Patty garner over 15 million social media followers.
