Marc Lobliner might have been bullied when he was a child, and been subject to body shaming, but this did not stop him from becoming an IFBB Pro athlete. The bodybuilding pro was determined to reach the pinnacle of success and became capable enough to become a coach for others. Lobliner might have left the competitive stage, but he never left training and exercising.
Now, Lobliner helps those who are looking to gain the perfect body and exercise by showing them the right path. The fitness coach recently revealed how the simplest lat pulldown might be done in the wrong way, and how to correct it if one’s posture is wrong.

In a recent Instagram video, the athlete was seen doing a lat pulldown which mainly stimulates the back muscles and biceps. Lobliner instructed in the captions about how some people might be using the wrong technique while doing the exercise. He started by saying, “The lat pulldown is potentially the most misused piece of equipment in the gym. People either bring the bar down too far, not far enough, lean back too far, so many things.”

He instructed that the bar that is generally pulled down should be pulled towards the chest with a slight angling of the lower back while arching the back so that the chest is positioned high. According to him, people should also keep in mind that they should not lean too much towards the back of the machine to ensure that the lats feel the tension from the exercise.

He also advised that the lats should stretch completely for proper muscle activation and exercise for growth. Lobliner is very technical and methodical when it comes to training, so he gave the final cautionary advice that people should only use as much amount of weight as they can endure. This is not the first time that he has broken down a simple exercise to help fitness enthusiasts understand how to train themselves in the right manner.
He had previously talked about Myo reps and its benefits as well. This exercise is a high-intensity technique that focuses on muscle hypertrophy. It follows the exercising of a particular set till failure and then performing a shorter number of sets with a lesser number of reps.
