Hours ago, another breaking news for the bodybuilding sphere emerged on a prominent athlete?s death.

The most recent case is IFBB pro, Gustavo Badell, passing away at the age of 50. While the cause of death remains unknown still, the internet is overwhelmed by the news. Fitness influencer, Nick Miller recently took to his YouTube to share a clip dedicated to the late bodybuilder. Likewise, fans expressed their sadness in the comments.?

Hours after the news surfaced within the community, the YouTuber posted a video on his 1.32 million subscribed channel, Nick Strength and Power. The death of the former IFBB athlete has deeply saddened the community, as it was only recovering from the news of Jo Lindner?s sudden death due to an aneurysm.?

Speaking of Badell?s impressive career in the sport, Nick revealed that the athlete had retired from bodybuilding 15 years ago. His last show was in 2009, yet the community has not seemed to forget the athlete?s finesse in the sport. The influencer recounted the athlete?s best accomplishments in the domain, moments into the video.?

Nick claimed that the Venezuela-native bodybuilder was placed under the top three Mr. Olympia contenders two times in his career, and under the top six athletes on multiple occasions. But in his opinion, Badell’s most impressive victory was in 2005 when he won the Iron Man Pro Invitational. The influencer added in an interesting statement, ?unfortunately that seems to be the nature of the industry.? Similarly, fans took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the unfortunate instance.?

The bodybuilding world reacts to another sad news in the sphere

Within hours of sharing the video, it gathered a range of insights from the community. “Rest in peace another legend” one fan wrote. Whereas, another hailed him as being one of his favorites. ?Man, he was one of my favs growing up,? the comment read. On a similar note, a third fan revealed that they had bought the 2005 Mr. Olympia DVD and was impressed by Badell?s finesse.?
