In his latest Instagram story, the 50-year-old bodybuilding legend gave the fitness community one crucial tip as an alternative to arm training. In the story, he said, “Since I hate training my arm so much I’ll give you guys a tip”. Then he added to his statement by providing a detailed and informative guideline followed by a thorough depiction. He showed his audience how to do rope crunches and continued doing it in another story so that people could get a better idea.
In the caption of the story he wrote, “I prefer to do rope crunches, kneeling on the floor to get closer and to feel under the weight a little better. Perfect tip.” Thus believing in his methods, Cutler again repeated how much he hates training his arm and hence, rope crunches play a crucial role in his training.
