Mike O’Hearn, the ‘Titan’ as fans and his followers call him because of his ageless physique is the four-time winner of Mr. Universe. The entire bodybuilding and fitness fraternity admires his height, looks, and chiseled Greek God-like physique. The 54-year-old bodybuilder is the most celebrated in the bodybuilding community. Recently O’Hearn reminisced about the demise of his close friend Late Rich Piana, who was a prominent bodybuilder and had 23.5 inches wide biceps. Since the age of six years, Piana was attracted to bodybuilding, and till he reached 18 he built a massive body, making waves in the bodybuilding community. 

Thus, recently Mike O’Hearn posted on his social media handles that he had a lot of great stories about Rich Piana. Piana died at an early age of 46 years due to heart failure. Though, the autopsy report said the reason for death was ‘inconclusive,’ however, all his fans and followers knew that it was because of the usage of steroids.

Mike O’Hearn has often posted clips with Rich Piana, however, O’Hearn’s recent tweet that says, “Millions of Great Stories,” of Rich Piana says a lot about their bond as they both were close friends. Moreover, the video attached to the tweet exhibits both of them in the gym, working out and chatting. The video commenced with Piana doing 10 reps of bicep pull-ups, while Rich Piana asked O’Hearn to try the same and they both did 10 reps each. Then they both were stretched at the cable machine, which strengthens one’s back, legs, and arms. Piana quotes, “Crazy strong,” while O’Hearn was doing it. 

When the video proceeds, O’Hearn quotes, “I have always worked hard,” in response to which Piana stated, “Show me,” and they started doing the bench press. Moreover, Mike O’Hearn stated, “So put it into a weak position, all the way in.” Rich Piana was always open about consuming anabolic steroids and was popularized for saying, “One day you may.”

Rich Piana by the age of thirty had 20 decades’ worth of competition experience under his belt. He had everything, huge arms full of tattoos and a body of massive size. Piana even kicked off his own brand named,

5% Nutrition and he was prominent for his 8-hour arm workout. He was confident enough that if one followed the instructions of his workout plan, they would add inches to their arms. Moreover, Piana’s arms were pretty big, and even Joe Rogan appreciated his arms on his podcast.

Joe Rogan and Schaub both were talking about Rich Piana and they admitted that he is among the nicest guys, while Joe Rogan also made a drastic comparison saying, “His arms are as big as my entire torso look at the size of this F*****.”

Rogan further quoted, “The size of his arm, it’s like, he’s got a person whose head is attached to his shoulder. And the person’s like holding their body. Like this, his bicep was a person’s body with their arms crossed. It’s like the three of arms put together.” Nevertheless, Rich Piana’s tragic death in 2017 is still a shock to the bodybuilding community. What are your views on the same? Do comment below.
