The bodybuilding arena is becoming more intense in the coming years. Social media is one of the reasons for the increase in competition. IFBB pro bodybuilder Greg Doucette seems to understand this and tries to debunk as many myths as possible. The athlete, more often than not, takes to the internet to address the problems of fitness, be it steroid abuse or faking a before and after photograph.

The Canadian bodybuilder is a published author and social media influencer and holds a Guinness world record. He is famous on Instagram with more than 575K subscribers. He recently uploaded an interesting photo that showed the reality of fitness.

Greg Doucette exposes the deception of before & after photos

The Instagram photo he posted today shows two of his pictures. In one of them, his stomach is bloated and enlarged, while in the other, he is jacked and chiseled. He captioned the post saying ?The BU****IT Behind Before & Afters!!! These 2 photos were taken not 15 weeks apart, not 15 days apart not even 15 minutes apart. Literally 15 seconds apart. ?

He debunked the facts and fiction behind before and after photos, proving that social media can be deceiving. Doucette further explained, ?So next time u see a transformation just remember that pictures can be deceiving.?

Along with this new information, he also gave another request to all his fans albeit in an aggressive way.
