The IFBB bodybuilder and fitness coach starts off the video by introducing Vladislava Galagan. He compliments the fitness influencer with more than 1 million followers on her contrasting features. He points out that since the ‘Muscle Barbie’ combines a pretty face with a hulk-like physique, the bodybuilding world loves her.

After that, he delves deep into the video where Galagan is showing Matt Morsia how she trains her chest and shoulders in the gym. Greg compliments Galagan on her skills and says, ?And so overall, I think she does offer great lifting techniques. I think she knows what she?s doing.?

Matt can be seen asking Galagan, ?Would you say I have the biggest pecs of anyone you ever trained?? To this Vladislava cheekily answers, ?First, after me.?
