She candidly shared that during the initial days of lockdown, alcohol exacerbated her anxiety and disrupted her sleep cycle. Recognizing its detrimental effects, she opted for sobriety. She hesitated to be labeled as a “poster girl” for the cause, but she expressed how the decision immensely benefited her mental health.
