A recent YouTube video on her official self-titled channel shed light on the matter. Moreover, Galagan discussed minor changes in her workout, improvements that shall help her regain her previously shredded leg muscles.?

As per the video, the 27-year-old fitness model shed light on her leg training before and after her injury. She revealed that initially; she had two leg days per week. But after heavy training, she sustained a leg injury a month ago. Therefore, to be extra careful of her recovery, her coaches altered her workout plan a bit.?

The new workout, as Galagan marked it, was a bit ?lighter? than the previous one, so that she could rest. ?So instead of two heavy trainings, I have one light and the other one is hard one,? the Russian bodybuilder said. Explaining her current set of workouts, she listed leg extension as her first workout, consisting of four sets and 12 reps each. Hem curls followed this, ?nothing difficult,? Galagan chimed in.?

Interestingly, the athlete expressed that she feels ?really happy? about the training because of its energy-demanding aspects. Hence, Galagan tried to explain her injury by emphasizing that she couldn?t fully recover from the intensity of the workouts, which resulted in an unfortunate scenario. ?So probably that was one of the reasons why I got injured in the first place so now doing it a little bit different,? she added. As a matter of fact, the athlete is immensely successful in her field, a major part of which ought to be credited to her OnlyFans account.?
