The nutritionist Rubin and his wife committed not to have two different sets of eating rules. Even though their kids were old enough, they were very careful and followed a single rule that was designed for everyone. Rubin highlighted that people often have two different rules, one for themselves and one for their kids. Everyone wants to feed their kids well, but sometimes kids see you eating and drinking different things, which leads to a clash of these rules. “So it’s really critical to lead by example,” says the nutritionist Rubin.
He further highlighted the difference in his upbringing when compared to his kids.
Rubin added,” I grew up in a very health-conscious home; my dad’s a naturopathic doctor and a chiropractor. I ate healthy in the house because I was forced to. My kids eat a superfood diet because they own it and they believe in it.” Lastly, he emphasized that leading by example leads your kids to follow with more conviction.
The Titan not only advises an optimal diet routine for your kids, Earlier, he revealed how he can eat multiple meals in a day.
